i wonder if the man in the background has noticed this ponderous event?
Super! This photo is worthy of natgeo, or an Audubon directory. Great conrol of the background, overall exposure, etc... everything anyone likes to see in a nature photo.
My choice would be "boy," who is absolutely wonderful looking, giving us a look that's full of wonder. All the rest of the portraits are really fine too. Congratulations, Mercer.
...and I have always thought constructive criticism is beneficial. Ho Hum, the modern, in your face, time we live in. Too bad...
Congratulations for experimenting and discussing your (no doubt) increasing knowledge of photo composition and exposure, very unlike those among us who use "auto" exclusively. I hope your journey into our wonderful and creative art will continue to inspire real thinking and experimentation, as you have demonstrated in your leaf photo. Good luck.
The second photo is a very good, well exposed snapshot. The Second is a striking portrait of a fine looking, professional young man. I wish both subjects and the photographer all the best.
The first one, for composition.
I like the intense color, crop, and composition of the first photo. Because of their chopped and flawed greenery, busy background, and less intense color, the last three photos are less interesting to me. Thank you for taking the time and effort to send these photos.
Internet fraud is hideous. I believe it is rampant because the advertisers, sellers and our nation's law enforcement agencies are unwilling to provide little more than lip service (and not much of that). If Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Apple, and the rest of industry spent a little time chasing these thieves down, we might get at least a little relief. Even worse, it appears our government at all levels is unwilling to enact significant, meaningful punishments (Serious Jail time) against the perps, when caught. We have a very expensive set of bureaus (NSA, FBI, CIA, and a host of other alphabet outfits designed to protect us from national and international crime. What are they doing? Finally, do we take action, including economic, travel, and trade sanctions, against foreign governments whose citizens are defrauding ours?
I hope you did not lose too much to "the seller." I feel sure the Hogs and the rest of the decent people, are with you.
To quote Bocephus Williams, "Why can't everybody leave everybody else alone?" What a stinking way to deface and shame a beautiful city full of friendly people! Surely, there are better ways to express our politics. Why not try the b****t box come e******n time?
Beautiful garden, beautiful France, extremely well done work. Congratulations!
I am unable to fine your D600 by searching. May I have some information, including the price? Thanks, Mercer
All around nice work, but slightly heavier on the PP than I might fancy. Thanks for showing them to us.
