Not one of the witnesses but maybe this is why the Grand Jury records are supposed to be sealed. Or perhaps it was just a coincidence.

That article makes it sound like someone took advantage of the r**t to execute him.

Sealed records, to me anyways, suggests evidence presented to the GJ. Sealed should be sealed, right?

They didn't name any of the wittnesses.

The prosecutor released hundreds of pages of typed transcript of the proceedings in the GJ. The Supreme court ruling has to do with information release before a GJ hearing on evidence, however it was not clear about post hearing release of such information and transcript.

He was hoping to stop the looming violence,
Even though there was talk of r**ting no mater what the decision was.

I believe it is the job of a Grand Jury to "determine" if there is sufficient evidence to warrant a trial. Taking a closer look at what constitutes a GJ and I find that a Judge is not present. My mistake.

By the way that grand jury was " seated " a month before this all went on. It is made up of citizens from the community.

Are you really trying to troll?

Some of you all don't respond well to text,
OK ?
Oh, I guess it was tooooo much effort, or to uncomfortable for Mike Brown to act like a law abiding citizen, instead of a thug ?

There was no crowd reported near this incident so stick that in your "no sunshine" location and sit on it.

Shooting was in housing area .

I own guns and was an expert shot in the Marine Corps. I was also on the Marine Corps shooting team with a 1911 Colt .45 and have competed in shooting competitions for many years.
Falling buckshot or the plastic plug has never been reported to k**l anyone from a warning shot into the air.

Ya, Right.

First off let's get something clear. Police cruisers have a shotgun clipped to the dashboard and the officer also has a .38 at his ankle, so there was no need to use his glock to subdue an unarmed suspect.
Nobody has ever been k**led by buckshot falling out of the sky.
All that was needed was to put the vehicle into reverse and then if the confrontation continued, back up could be used to subdue a suspect. There was no need for mortal combat here. The kid might have been big, but with backup, he could easily have been subdued.
First off let's get something clear. Police cruise... (show quote)

A. Crowd and shotgun?

B. .38 where you been ?

C. Ankle holster ? Movies?

So you say that police can shoot to k**l as the first attempt of arrest effort? How absurd is that?

Where do you think a warning shot would go?

Do you know any thing about shooting? or guns? Ballistics?
