A foggy November day in our local park.

I love misty morning shots and they always look great in B&W!

I agree, when they turn out right, the b/w format looks just right. Thanks for commenting, -David.

What a great shot !!!!!!! You captured it perfectly.....This picture is a winner in any contest with or without the caption. The principals in the picture speak for themselves.

Thanks, I'm really pleased you love it ! Your sobriquet
suggests that you live near to me, if so, I have heard the 'Boro' called many things, but never 'middle Earth! Seems you have a great sense of humour! Best regards, David.

great photo,,,,i like the way the castle has cast a shadow across the loch as though making a path leading to it.

Thanks for your comment Brendan, I never looked at it that way before.

Lovely shot of a much photographed Castle, i was there in August for a few days, such a lovely place

You're dead right about it being a much photographed castle,
I wish I had a fiver for every time it had been so! If you want to see a really beautiful photograph of it, look up Adam Salwanowicz, on the Panoramio site, his photo of it is the best I've ever seen! It is a lovely photogenic area, I must go back there someday.
