i bought a kodak easyshare 5.0mp digital today and would like any information on how decent a camera this one might be.

They're a nice little camera. I've not had one but my sister has one and loves it! Takes some great pics! There's others on here that will know more than I but saw your post and didn't want you to feel ignored...lol.

Hi All, this is my newest addition, my GREAT granddaughter born about 10 hours ago. Not fair I didn't take this pic but claiming bragging rights. Amelie Rose, weighing in at 6# 13 oz. I'll take lots of pics Wednesday when I see her, if I can let go of her long enough to hold the camera.

Here is a church I pass every day going to work.
I love the graveyard next to it. I placed the camera on the stone wall that goes around the graveyard

A photo I took with my old Minolta SRT 202, Kodachrome 25 (I think). I love this shot, I lost the slide so this is a copy I scanned from a photo of it. Sort of grainy, but beautiful.

OH OH OH!! Amazing and beautiful!!

Here are a few from my files.

Picture perfect! I really like the fog in the shot of the abandoned church...just kind of fits the situation.

Should I just give up or keep trying?
#1 - ISO-100, f-4.3, 1/640
#2 - ISO-100, f-4.3, 1/250

Thank you for at least looking.

One thing about asking for a critique or comments on here is that you will get a whole lot of variety in opinions. Having said that I'll tell you I absolutely LOVE the first shot! I would blow it up, mat it, frame it and hang it on a wall if it were mine! As for the 2nd, I'd make it a partner to the first with some playing around. Just my opinion.

Beautiful, especially considering the adverse conditions you must have been dealing with when shooting this!!
