Here are a few of mine I hope give some joy to all..
Lovely collection Annette, I particularly like the hibiscus and of course your pup and like everyone here sending you oceans of healing vibes to contain the miserable side effects you are having to fight - I always apologise for the repetitive nature of my subject matter, but my girls are as much a part of my life as my camera lol! I was particularly pleased with Sadie flying off a quay side a couple of days ago and actually catching it in focus!! and the other simply shows her exuberance and love of life :-)

Sher thank you so much for your welcome back! I too like a few people have mentioned on this challenge really find it difficult to locate this happy band of hoggers. I actually thought you might have disbanded as I couldn't find a trace - Anyways thanks to RR for hosting and the wonderful collection of low angle shots.
Page 1 - Jfan your macro shot is phenomenal and little biddle I love your shooting corners and bear shots! I take it that was a telephoto lens!
Page 3 - FredAnn catching birds in flight is hard! but you nailed it with your heron pic. Suejay "There must be something in the air" great bamboo perspective and the bovine tongues! lol
Thank you Photophile for your lovely comments on my owls.
Page 10 - OK Irene you've got me stumpted on "disc golf" but I love your playground shots and angles.
Page 11 - Bushido your hawk picture is awesome as are RR's atmospheric skies.
Page 13 - Georgiann that sandy butt is a great capture and Ann Murrey your perspective and angle inside the balloon is amazing what a long way you have come in a couple of months - congratulations!

Hello fellow hoggers - haven't been by for a while but hope the following pics meet today challenge and criteria. My subjects remain the same, other than a few, but I was either down on my knees or belly getting grubby and/or wet!

Well folks, I'm posting early as I am leaving and will be back real late and may not feel like posting at that hour.
This one is Low Angle photography which is hard on knees made of titanium, but still fun to do.
What I did was to make up a bean bag of beans, naturally, and put them in a ziplock and then placed the camera as low as possible. Of course if I owned a little bitty tripod it would have worked wonderfully, but I don't so I made up a bean bag.
These first shots were taken a few days ago over in Québec City at sunrise, so as to have the streets to myself and it worked well.
Enjoy the Challenge....

This past winter has been long and hard, cold and very, very wet. Spring has been slow and reluctant to poke her pretty face skyward and every woodland wonder has been late, confusing cyclical stalwarts who have slept longer and lost their natural rhythm and rhyme. The primrose is followed by the bluebell and in turn the magnificent beech tree broadens and the bracken blooms, but today after a short sunny spell and wave of early summers warm it was my privilege to witness an explosion of colour, a rich riotous tapestry of wild flowers eager to compete for my attention and approval :-)

For Annette - Sadie sends her love in the shape of a heart!
What a lovely story Amy and equally gorgeous pictures especially the great handsome hunk of your son! All the pictures posted so far simply ooze love and affection and reflect beautiful happy individuals. Apologies for popping in and out and so sorry to miss the phenomenal success hosting of Frankie and Cricket's Critters! Great Poem by the way. Having been inundated with various relatives over the Easter Hols I did manage to capture a couple of my lovely neices while I was trying out a new lens - and a couple from the archives:-)

These are just three of our several descendents! We have three children, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. My grand daughter has legal guardianship of Jonathon. He was being abused by his mother, one of Chrystal's best friends, so Chrystal took him when he was only four. He is 12 now and is a wonderful young man. He still has his problems but they work on it. He wants to be adopted by Crystal and Cory, but his bio. mother won't sign the papers. sad, but at least he is loved beyond loved now! And he has one thing he has always wanted-a little brother. Picture coming!
