One day a florist went to a barber for a haircut. After the cut, he asked about his bill, and the barber replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing community service this week.'

The florist was pleased and left the shop. When the barber went to open his shop the next morning, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.

Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill , the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing community service this week.'

The cop was happy and left the shop. The next morning when the barber went to open up, there was a 'Thank You' card and a dozen donuts waiting for him at his door.

Then a Politician came in for a haircut, and when he went to pay his bill , the barber again replied, 'I can not accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week.'

The Politician was very happy and left the shop. The next morning, when the barber went to open up, there were a dozen Politicians lined up waiting for a free haircut.

And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between the citizens of our country and the politicians who run it.

My name is Michael. I'm a new member from the South Bay in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bobby Deal invited me to join the group here at UHH.

I'm approaching a decade of experience working in photography as a photographer and assistant. I started off in photojournalism, earned an art degree, worked a bit in the commercial photography realm before most recently working in corporate photography and dabbling in a bit of weddings too. Right now, I'm looking to move onto something else, but I'm still figuring it out.

Marriage has always been about family and the chance that a child can be conceived and with the institution of marriage,a stable environment is promoted and produced..Gay people cannot reproduce.It is impossible save for medical procedures.
Minding your own business is irresponsible when you have the lives of children at stake.Someone has to defend children.I think gay people should have their own institution.Or change the tax laws so that couples don't get take breaks until after they have reproduced,that would make it fair to gay people.
