I have Denoise AI and Sharpen AI. When I first started using them I was moderately impressed.
After a update I quit them.I went back to Denoise 6 and either hi pass sharpening of smart sharpen. I think I get better results the old way.

From and article from "Learning With Experts" in regards to back button focusing:

"if you forget to release the button when shooting a static object, your camera's autofocus can get seriously confused as it's expecting a moving subject – so again you might end up fluffing the shot."

I thought when using back button focusing that once you hit the button you have designated as the focus you
didn't let go until the shot was completed. ??

Beautiful shot, they look great against the cornstalks! Is the migration still going on, or do you think they plan to stay all winter?

Normally they will be around till the end of Feb. But.....the cranes are gonna do what they to do.

For me sky replacement is the last thing I do before final sharping (if necessary).

Same here. But what I am wondering is what I should do to the image before I put it in the sky replacement area. Normal processing or wait until it is in the photo and then adjust?

If I put one of my own sky's into Adobe Sky Replacement to use what should I do to the image before I insert it? Do normal adjustments I would ordinarily do, including sharpening? I always shoot RAW(L) but of course that could be changed. Any suggestions will help.

You might try S.K. Grimes. They'll probably make you one. Custom photographic equipment is their only business. They've done a few jobs for me and I love their work.

I'm gonna check that out but do you think that what I'm looking for would be kind of expensive for something not used every day? How quick are they?
