Well, I put it up on ebay starting at $25 and in one day it's almost past what I'm asking here. I would much rather see one of my UHH friends get this setup than some unknown ebayer. Please, if you have an interest and need for this..contact me sooner than later.
Warm Regards,
Mickey

The 28mm lens will work on the A900, why would you want to sell that? Same for the remote?

To satisfy your curiosity, my Zeiss 24-70 has that covered.. and does it better in every way than the 28mm prime. It also costs 5x the amount!
As for the remote, the A900 came with the same remote, so offering the remote that came with A700 just seems right.
I also have it on Ebay with a couple more options thrown in hopefully for a little more get.

I have the A900... I find that's in my hand mostly. Try to recoup a few bucks.

Thanks everyone. Very much appreciated... Not only do I have a correct picture for work, but I've learned quite a bit about this technique.
Warm Regards,
Mick

I've tried without real success... could one of the Photoshop gurus help me flip the background keeping the portrait the same, but flipping the background so the flag is in back of my right shoulder? I've seen some of you background changes that were pretty amazing. THanks!

Here's my shot at it. You're the judge for better or worse.

That's great too!! How'd you do that? Please, enlighten me. I promise I'll keep the secret :)
You guys are the best!

This is my first time posting to the forum but I do quite a bit on photoshop and this was an interesting topic for me. I played around with your photo and this is what I came up with. I didn't flip the background, but I actually moved the flag over and did some other editing to the background so that it had the same light source and looks more natural.

THIS looks great! Thanks. I work in the Federal Sector and this is my work photo.... so thank you so much! How did you get the natural look where the flag transitions to the hair, suit jacket? Dodge tool? Thanks

The problem is when you flip the background only the highlights and shadows are reversed. Makes it look unnatural.

interesting point... never thought of that. the lighting was unbrellas on both sides.. so I think it wouldn't be too bad

Now you are in focus. Looks good. What did you do?

Hahaha... I wasn't using the 70-400 G lens! I used the Sony A900 w/ Zeiss 24-70mm lens with wide open aperture and fast shutter speed... like 1/800
Sun was pouring down unfettered light... so the fast shutter speed was not hindered by lack of any light.

Why do you want the flag on the other side?

What she asked......
Pat

Correct flag etiquette is flag over right shoulder. I figured that out after looking at every politicians picture... nobody has it over the left. Unfortunately, I connected those dots after the picture was done... I'm not going back to the portrait studio if I can just flip the flag.
If you can show me that right or left doesn't matter... I'd be overjoyed to let it be!
