To the horticulturists among you………

A woman loved growing tomatoes, but couldn't seem
to get her tomatoes to turn red. One day, while taking a stroll,
She came upon a gentleman neighbour who had the most
beautiful garden full of huge red tomatoes.

The woman asked the gentleman,
"What do you do to get your tomatoes so red?"

The gentleman responded, "Well, twice a day I stand in front
of my tomato garden naked in my trench coat and flash them.
My tomatoes turn red from blushing so much."

Well, the woman was so impressed; she decided to try
doing the same thing to her tomato garden to see if
it would work. So twice a day for two weeks she
flashed herself in her garden hoping for the best.

One day the gentleman was passing by and asked the woman,
"By the way, how did you make out? Did your tomatoes turn red?"

No", she replied,
"but my cucumbers are enormous."

This is a video a friend of a friend of mine did for Pepsi. He is the same "insect wrangler" that worked on the film Arachnophobia. His name is Steve Kutcher. This guy really knows his stuff. I think you'll agree.

WOW!!!!! You just described my first girlfriend when I was about 12-13 years old. She filled out pretty good at the top, before she was complete at the bottom. But she turned out pretty dang good and smart as all hell too. She ended up becoming a professional model for some club that required her to wear a white tail and long ears. Told me her bosses name once and my memory has faded some since then. But if I recall correctly, his initials are "HH".

Conifers, as in "cone"- shaped. Uh...perhaps simply that the lower part of the tree is older and the branches have had a lot more time to grow. But not all conifers grow this way. Many pines do not. A lot may also depend upon light conditions - in open field versus closed-in woods. Trees in the rainforest, for example, grow for the light. If you plant a Poinciana tree in the open yard in Florida it will immediately send branches out laterally for maximum light-gathering and makes a handsome low tree, especially when covered with blooms.. If you plant it among other trees it will continue growing upwards until it gets to the light and then send branches laterally, and at the same time start growing buttresses at the base to support it.

Well, I know your not going to believe this, but the same thing happened to me this morning as well. Not exactly identical as to your 'posted owl friend, but close to it. I'll describe my adventure. She was about 5'6" tall with long sexy legs and just like your owl friend this one had long beautiful "RED" hair as well. Her physique was.....well, let me just say....she very easily could be a model for "Victoria's Secret"....voluptuous comes to mind. She was standing (not sitting on a fence post like your friend) on the street corner amongst her friends. But she stood out in the crowd with her natural "BEAUTY". Her shoulders were wrapped in what appeared to be mink fur and her purse was swinging down near her thigh. She whistled and signaled for me to stop as I was travelling amongst the heavy flow of traffic. But had I done so, there would have been a huge traffic jam not to mention a possible accident. And just like you, I had to drive nearly a 1/2 mile before I was able to turn around that I did (again, unlike you). However before I could get back to her, another NICE gentlemen (like myself), had already offered her a ride. Just goes to show their are several decent people in this crazy world, who are willing to assist a Sweet Young Lady in distress. But I could not understand why the money exchange. I would have given her a ride for free as it's my nature to try to assist the needy. ;)

Today, i was visiting the coast, here in sunny California. it was a spectacular day, not a cloud in sight. on my drive home, i passed a beautifull, red tailed hawk, sitting on an old, wooden fence post,, just on the shoulder of the road. He was so regal,,, just sitting there, staring down at the ditch,, probably a mouse, or frog, or some other delectable little christmas goody. I wanted SO BAD to get that shot, but the highway is narrow, twisty,, and lots of traffic. it would have taken me a half a mile, even to find a place to turn around!! so,,, i have that shot in my mind,, but i can't share it with you all ! .... I'm sure, most of you have had something like that happen too.
hope you had a merry chritsmas

Shame that it did not show the guy actually getting "punched". That would have been "hilarious". But we get the message and I'm sure he did as well.....another good one Brian

Hello. Do I offend you if I say Merry CHRISTmas? If I discuss openly what I'm celebrating on CHRISTmas day? If I defend the right to stress (when asked), that I'm celebrating the BIRTH (the coming) of my Savior, Jesus Christ? Does it make you uncomfortable to learn I'm celebrating a day of FAITH rather than confining it only to gifts?
Well, does it? If so, all I can say is 'TOUGH!' That's what the 25th of December is to me and many believing CHRISTians so if you are offended, or if you think it's now politically incorrect to associate this day with a 'religious' event....'TOUGH'. Step back and let me celebrate the day for the purpose it was designated and don't bother me with your sniveling. I'm totaly fed-up with others who think Christians should take a step back and 'cool it'. Forget you! This is CHRISTmas so either join me in celebrating this eventful day, designated to show our love and honor to our Savior JESUS, or just learn to put up with it. I won't bother you on your 'special' days, that even our lop-sided government is starting to recognize, so button your lip about my CHRISTmas!
Oh, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I was born in the 20th century....and forget how old I am. However, I recall waking up one morning and while looking in the mirror, I blurted out "I feel like a million today". A voice from the other room shouted back "you look it too".....LOL ;)

LOL.....good to see you are quite curious Brian. No beach, but neighbor had a pool and four foxy twenty something skimpy bikini clad daughters that made it worth mowing my yard three and four times a day (his wife was quite shapely for her age too.....27 I think)
