I placed a pastel cloud-patterned paper behind the dragonfly that was mounted on a pin. This is the same arrangement that I have been using on my recent posts other than using a different background.
The particulars of this session were a Nikon Z6 camera with a Nikon S-mount 105mm macro lens. Manual Mode, 1/60 sec. shutter speed, f/16, ISO-200, Auto White Balance, Nikon SB-800 Speedlight flash 1/4-power, diffused with the lens mounted 0.5mm white polyethylene plastic cone and foil-lined hooded flash head.
