I’ve just had Margaret up for a chat it’s the first time we’ve seen each other since she went to the lakes. Karen and Andrew looks as if they have gone out. The heating is still on a timer ⏱️ as it’s so overcast , drab and cold 🥶. Miserable….but sunny in here.

I’ve been doing some more of my crosswords, they are so difficult for me but I’m getting very close. I think I’ve succeeded on about 6, but get very close to it. Supposedly s and b is on tomorrow, I didn’t think 💭 it would be because it’s bank holiday. Ten I have chat club on Tuesday, and k and natter Tuesday afternoon. Then Friday we are having a coronation party 🎉 in the village hall with free buffet etc. I’m sleeping up Stephen’s weekend next because my car 🚘 is going into the garage for a service. Quite busy this week,

Then of course we have the coronation on Saturday and I’m intending watching it on tv because they haven’t invited me to their posh do! I’m looking forward t9 it but a little miffed they are making camilla queen 🫅. I know it’s nothing to do with me, but I’m not liking it.

Yes I do jinx or def. Damp. Nothing I can’t deal with, but like us all some days there’s no pleasing myself. Hope you are getting nearer to th end of you treatment. When Albert was at work we had private health insurance as part of his salary, I found it fantastic, couldn’t fault it. Especially the waiting time. The NHS (to me ) is just as good 😊 but we have to wait so long these days to be seen. The treatment is second to none I think. We are lucky. We can’t have it always. I’ve had 2 strokes etc and they were fantastic for me. Brilliant for Albert’s cardiacs and when he was in ICU. If we’d paid cash we wouldn’t have had any better treatment. I hope they get you ok soon. Xxxx

I’ve been in to see Karen this morning and it looks like her therapy may be doing a little good with her right hand. I really hope it does. Anyway we had a chocolate 🍫. This afternoon I’ve had a video call 📞 with Josephine, who is looking very well. It seems ages since we spoke. I’ve sent my shopping list to Stephen and started a new crossword book 📖. It’s a little difficult , they are supposed to be quick ones. I usually get the daily mail crosswords, but this is the telegraph puzzles. So I’m doing ok, but don’t hold much hope of finishing them….
