that would be absolutely great!!! Is $600 plus shipping OK?
Would you like a deposit to seal the deal?? I talked to my friend who has a sony DSLR and he strongly advised me to pursue this as I am upgrading from a digital Nikon P/S that is a really high end P/S but is fixed lens and cannot add filters etc...Mark I am truly excited....please let me know if you would like a deposit to take off posting and if so your mailing address
sincerely

I feel your pain, my friend but If I can get the hang of it anyone can!!! Like a lot of folks who started out with simple point and clicks or simple film slr's the new highly sophisticated world of digital photography can be unbelievably intimidating. I started out just using auto and some of the other simple programs and simply took what the camera gave back. I t wasn't until I joined BetterPhoto.com and this forum and began to see what tremendous results could come from a better knowledge of good, basic photography (composition and but most importantly EXPOSURE). Upon the advice of several good on-line friends and mentors (and they are terriffic!!) I began to study, practice, study, practice, experiment, study more and practice more...some great books by Bryan Peterson were extremely valuable. Next step for me was the editing..again on the advice of mentors (like the good folks here) I purchased PSE 9 but even more importantly I purchased a PSE 9 tutorial book by Scott Kelby and once again the study, practice regimen. By profession I am an instructor at a local college so learning, to me is fun and seeing the results of my study and practice has been super neat and the journey continues!!
I sincerely this has been helpful...God Bless
