You can stop by a welding supply store and by a welding hood lens. Dont get anything less than a 7 but a 9 will probably do just fine. Place the lens over your camera lens.
Anyone else have other suggestions?
Im still learning this also. The pose and composition looks good. A flash woukd have eliminated the deep shadows from the overhead light source, unless you wanted that look.
Overall. I like it.
I have the Canon 1.4 extender. I use this on my 70-200 and 300 with good results. You will however lose on stop when attached to the lens.
I think mine was just over $200 a few years ago.

Thank you. The weather was too cold to get in the water so I shot these from the pier.
Took these on the central coast last month.
I like it!
Why is the sky dark blue in the left corner? Did you use a circular polarizer?
Well done.

Dang it! I switched to Safari last year. Im going to look for those statistics.
I was there on business a few years ago. The Cheers bar is there which is fun to walk down those famous stairs.
Cape Cod is close which has an awesome light house on the tip.
Downtown has some great opportunities to take some photos of some old buildings.
Other than that I was tied up with training.
Have fun.
The terms and conditions form I have states the passenger is responsible for taxes and government fees ranging from $123.16 to $186.85 per person and these are to be paid at the time of booking.
The departure cities are;
*Port Canaveral
*Long Beach
*Miami
*Jacksonville
*New Orleans
This certificate only covers the cost of what is listed on their website. Taxes are never included in that cost.
For example,
I just took this from Carnivals website. You can see you my certificate would save you $478 on this trip listed in June.

Welcome Dave. It sounds like you have some experience and can offer some tips in wedding photography. There are a lot of good experienced people on here that are more than willing to help you expand your knowledge.

I am looking for a back up Canon. I would like at least a 60d but could be open to others.
I have a certificate for a Carnival cruise for two. I sat through one of those time share conventions recently. I am going on a cruise in October with my entire family, 10 rooms total, and Carnival would not let me use my certificate because I was getting a discount for a large party.
The cruise is for Carnivals four day iteneries. Here are the destinations and ports of call.
Bahamas; Port Carnival - Freeport - Nassau
Baja Mexico; Long Beach - Catalina - Ensenada
Western Caribbean; Miami - Key West - Cozumel
Bahamas; Jacksonville - Freeport - Nassau
Western Caribbean; New Orleans - Galveston - Tampa - Cozumel.
This cruise must be used April of 2014.
I like it. I think if the shadow/reflection in the lower section was going away from the lemon toward the top right corner would create a completely different photo I could see hanging in my wives kitchen.
I like the two hurdle shots. The shoes are blurry in the last photo. You were right about setting the speed to 1/k to freeze the motion. When I shoot sports I stay in manual mode so I have full control.
