Well done! Not much to not like about this photo!
Looks like your ghosting issues are gone! Well done :)
No guarantees, but it's a good place to start! Is the filter that you are using multi-coated? If not I would almost bet that is the issue, but again, no one knows until they try for themselves.
Keep practicing and learning. Good luck!
I think that the circles are being caused by your filter on the front of your lens. Take it off as an experiment and reshoot a similar scene with and without your filter. Of course put it back on after your shots. I have seen this quite often being caused by a UV/clear filter in night shots especially.
Thanks for the kind comments. I was really puzzled as these grays were quite small. I thought that they might have been gnatcatchers, but the pattern is not quite right from the examples that I found. Maybe they are just really young Mockingbirds.
I have just started back into photography after a almost 20 years away from it. So far my success rate has been far better than in the past. I think that the wealth of information and sharing that goes on in forums like this one has been a great help to me. Thanks again for the kind comments.
Thanks everyone for the comments. I have just started into the digital age of cameras since the first week in September. Its been a blast so far! Just like a kid on Christmas morning when I open up the files to see how my shots look on the PC :)
Well done!
