You did great considering the circumstances; shooting on the wing, so to speak. I doubt I would have even tried the shot. Harriers are spectacular creatures. I love birds and really enjoyed this image. Thanks for sharing.

Appreciate the details, Larry. Again, great shots.

Awesome shots. I'd like to know the details; i.e. equipment, settings, etc. (and ditto on erbiv's comments: I'd love to just see one)

I'm thinking she gets great reception in that spot (given the proximity of the dish), and he's waiting for a commercial break.
Joking aside, great shot of a very unusual set of circumstances.

That is one fine-looking buck. You don't see many like that up here in New York state. Nice shot. I wish I could get an opportunity for a shot like that (with my bow, that is)
Thanks for sharing.

Agreed. Great composition. The temptation (for me, at least) is always to get closer. But in this case, the brilliant colors - sky, trees, water, cranberries - create a wonderfully pleasing image. Nice job.

Very interesting photograph. Great composition ... and great eye. Suitable for framing, in my opinion.

I would be thrilled to see that plane in person regardless of its occupant ... and I think a thin red pin-stripe running the length of the plane along the point where the blue and white meet would be an elegant touch. (I have no idea what's being proposed, however. Just saying)

There's an old saying: "I'd rather be lucky than good." In this case, you have demonstrated both. Great shot.

I like the crop. It brings out the intensity of those soulful green eyes. If this is an act, the kid is good. :)

Awesome shots for sure, but I'm equally pleased with the visual information you have provided regarding bluebird house architecture. That metal washer around the opening is sheer genius - keeps those pesky larger birds from pecking a opening that suits their purposes - and the rubber mat on the roof a terrific idea as well.
Thanks for sharing on both levels. Nice work all around.

Wonderful images, Bob. I never tire of seeing the monuments, etc. in DC, and you've captured them nicely.
Thanks for sharing.
