Boathouses and slips on the Erie Canal where it meets with the Upper Niagara River in North Tonawanda, NY on a cold winter morning. This is a 3 exposure handneld HDR.
Nice shot. I have a picture of my son and his wife playing checkers there a couple of years ago. There are a lot of gems in Buffalo.

I have the Ai version of that lens. I use it on my F2 and D7100.
I bought one like that at the Navy Exchange in Rota Spain in the mid 60's. I seem to remember paying $214.00 for it, a 1.4 50mm, and a leather soft case. I traded it in on a F2 in the 70's. I still have the F2 along with several Nikon DSLRs.

These photos were taken this summer off Buffalo while trolling for Walleye. Used an old D70 with a Tamron 28-80. It is my go to combination on the boat.
