I do still have the USA warranty card. I’ll try and post a picture later. I didn’t use it for video. Perhaps just a couple minutes or so just trying it out. I have a screen shot showing the shutter count and video use. I’ll try and add that later.

What did you use to get the shutter count?

I think it was called shutter check. I tried several times and on different days. Always came back the same.
I find a list of recommended ones to use and this was on the list.

Can you provide the USA WARRANTY CARD that came with the camera unless it is a GREY market camera. Was it used for video?

Brand new still in the unopened box.

USA model not grey market

It come with the full set of ink and everything that should be in the box.

The price is firm at $875.00.

I prefer a face to face sale. I’m in Tampa, Fl.

I may consider shipping to a very well established member but the costs would be extra. I’ve got it priced fair for an in person transaction.

I don’t have a picture of it still in the box. I can get one and send it later if needed. It’s in my office at the moment and I’m not there. I just posted a stock photo but like I said. The box has never been opened.

Amazon should add a new reason to return items that there were shipping labels on original box.
Original poster should should suggest this direct to Jeff bozos. jeff@amazon.com

Amazon is reducing box use. It is a concern for the environment. I welcome it; re-cycling boxes is a chore I can do without. If you want a pristine box you should buy in a store.

I’m all for reducing boxes and such. There is to many boxes in use.

I shouldn’t have to buy something in a store in order to expect it to arrive in good condition. BH and Adorama send items in boxes. It’s normal business practice. Secondly there are really no local stores that sell this equipment anymore. Amazon helped end that.

With tax I paid $2,500.00 for this lens. I think common sense should be a part of Amazon’s shipping policy.

According to the shipping labels shown, it did come from Amazon in KY at one time. But not to YOU! It clearly was shipped to you by an individual using a UPS store in Tampa Florida. Amazon NEVER ships through a UPS store!!!!! I would be willing to bet you got a used lens.
I personally would return it in a hot minute.

The original label was from Amazon to my house. When I wasn’t home to receive it ups created another label showing it to be sent to the pick up location for me to pick it up. They placed that label over the original label. UPS doesn’t make a second attempt to deliver it. Now they send packages we didn’t receive to the UPS store for me to go and pick up.

Buying stuff on Amazon means it could actually come from hundreds of sellers/shippers. All set their own packing standards and some are clearly better than others. Don't assume what you buy comes from Amazon directly because the odds are that it does not.

I posted pictures. They are on page 6. It was an item that was sold and shipped by Amazon, not a 3rd party. The label shows it came directly from Amazon’s warehouse.

I'm posting pictures. People can decide what they would or would't do. I have placed the blue tape to cover personal info. When I wasn't home UPS took the package back and put a new label over the original shipping label. This was because they were actually overnighting it to the UPS store for my pickup. As someone asked to see the label (I guess me saying it came from Lexington KY wasn't good enough) I peeled the label back to show the original labels return address.

I also receive on average between 5 - 10 amazon packages a day from different drivers throughout the day. I regularly receive items in the manufactures box and not an amazon box. Someone also stated about their and their neighbors amazon's boxes "always being shipped in an amazon box". It happens all the time. My wife does some business thru amazon and has a lot of packages coming so I'm very familiar with their shipping habits.
