Just a intro log to let you know I'm new to UH. I really enjoy reading all the input form you more experienced folks. I have taken pictures for a long time but am just starting to get serious about detailed picture taking.
Most everything has been self taught by trial and error, but now I'm taking a photo class and trying to learn Lightroom (where I have dabbled in the recent past) and Photoshop (which I never have tried) and am still trying to figure out whether my Nikon D750 is as good as the Nikon D850 or Canon D2 Mark 4 for the majority of what I do and will do. I only have 1 lens--the 24-120 that came with the camera and it lacks reach. The last thing I want is to have 3-5 lenses that I'm always changing since the glass is expensive and heavy to carry around

A friend of mine just bought the Sony RX 10 IV, and has taken some stunning pics using all focal lengths out to it's max 600 mm. He has blown some of them up in to 11 x 14 and a few bigger and they look excellent in detail, color, etc.
