Thank you rhadams824 and PixelStan77. Now I know and will do better next time!
FWIW, these were all taken with a Nikon D4 & 24-70 f/2.8, handheld, natural light, manual iso & aperture, pp gently in LR. Thanks

Iโ€™m not understanding...why would you download someone elseโ€™s work? I thought galleries were for viewing. Could you explain?. Thanks

Also remember constantly buying new gear solely because of batteries IS NOT a good use of the planets resources. Making every effort to carry on using your old power tools and batteries is a good practise.

This is so true! In my case, I had Skil & Rigid & BD tools where batteries died, no replacements, chargers burned out. So, like my Nikons, I purged the toolbox and invested in a quality system. I'm sure other hoggers have done the same. Efficiency, reliability, versatility, longevity and safety in the workshop! As you said, better use of resources, less waste.

NiCads have that memory problem so if you can replace with NiMH that would be good. If you rebuild you might have to be creative in resealing the case. I got frustrated with the variety of tools I had so I gave to friends, donated the rest to Goodwill, and invested in Milwaukee 18v. Pricey, but slowly built up over time and everything is interchangeable. Just like a camera system!๐Ÿ˜Š

Black feathers can display iridescent blue depending on the angle of the light. The sheen of the feathers tends to highlight this. I get blue in pictures of crows and ravens too and just adjust in PP. Our eyes may not see it but the camera catches the hue! Some feathers can be a deep coffee brown! So, your monitor and prints may be perfectly calibrated! You may have to bring up the blacks and tone down the blues. Just my 2 cents. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think its showing that the image is selected for transfer to your printer. May have been setup in Snapbridge. Go to Setup, Wireless Transmission and deselect your printer Hope that's helpful.

Ok, one more time.

The distance from the camera affects the effect.

I hate to admit Iโ€™m having fun with this. Iโ€™m inherently an Engineer but had to do a lot of writing.

Very effective explanation of how the affect of the person is affected by the effect of the lens!

(Couldn't resist sharing in your good-natured fun this morning๐Ÿ˜Š)

I find it hard to believe that teachers would make comments like those to parents - at least not in recent decades.

I don't get #16. He says, We don't," but then he makes here "sign here."

Essentially: "We don't give pretty women tickets, but you're not one of them so, sign here on the dotted line"! ๐Ÿ˜Š
