.......in Burscough near Ormskirk England. The station was built by the Manchester and Southport Railway and opened on 9 April 1855, and from January 1885 was part of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway (L&YR). The main stone-built station building (no longer in use) was built during this time.Sadly the main stone built station is now in sad decline due to cut backs.Hopefully someone may take over the building and restore it to it's former glories.Pleas checkout the downloads.

Great shots! Enjoyed seeing a part of England that I won't get to . .

Thanks for sharing.

Does anyone have any experience with either or both of these two and, if so, do you recommend them? If you don't recommend either/both of them, why not?

Just downloaded the "package" of Topaz Sharpen, DeNoise, Gigapixel and JPeg to RAW . .
The first pass on denoise worked better than PS or Luminar and is now in my standard workflow . . and early on to get it out of the way . .

The sharpen was useful on those "borderline" shots and put them much closer to the keeper list . . MUCH better than any sharpen tool in the standard box and is also intuitive with adjustments if needed . .

I would recommend these two if you are going to move to Topaz and well worth the current sale cost . .

The Gigapixel is great to resurrect old small JPeg files and I used it on a number with fantastic results, but it can be useful to up the resize quality if needed there also. I used it on a couple and will consider it as a useful tool in my box . .

I would recommend the Topaz products as a great addition to post processing work. I am just starting, but these have helped tremendously getting "what I saw" in my prints.

Thanks Dr. I’m contemplating hanging this one in metal. Could be a keeper.

I was out along a Colorado field overlooking a disappearing ranch property (selling off to developers) doing my evening walk when the sky turned a majestic orange and lit up the clouds . . . couldn't pass up the opportunity. My dog got very frustrated with the wait time, but got over it with some treats . . . I got the treat of a good photo! (had to resize for upload . .)
