Needing Info on "Sandbags"

I'm looking for recommendations for a good quality "sandbag" for situations where a tripod/monopod aren't practical ( car window, windowsill of permanent blind, etc). I've looked at photography and hunting types and dont know what'll work best.
2 questions:
1. What type of sandbag works for you?
2. What type of filler gives best stability? (Sand, seed husks, rice, beads,etc)

Hospital appears to charge $153,000 to treat snakebite

Cro-FAB, the medication that is used to treat pit viper envenomations averages approximately $7,000 per vial. It is not uncommon for severe cases to need up to 17 or so vials (weight based and several doses over several days). The alternative is lost limbs or lives which cost the patient and society much more over the life of the patient. Just a little context for the argument.

Going to New York

There are many New Yorkers on this site who can give you lots of suggestions. I'd offer 2. The September 11 Memorial has lots of opportunities within it. Also, The Circle Line or Gray Line Boat Tours around Manhattan allow opportunities to shoot the bridges and the skyline from different perspectives. Have a ball. September is a great time to see the Big Apple. (And Happy Birthday to your wife.) :)

Good Boy! Drink that Kool-Aid. Flint was run by a Repub installed Emergency Manager. The local mayor and council were over ridden and powerless. Thier protests to the water debacle are clearly documented in the records. The Emergency Manager and Repub appointed EnvironmentalChief have since " resigned".
