Its probably the CCD Sensor. I had a D80 and D200 at one time. Both had CCD sensors.
Here is a photo from the D80 several years ago. This won an honorbale mention inthe local club here were i live.
This was SOOC. Im Currently shooting mostly raw format I believe I had the controls set to Color Mode: IIIa , Saturation: +, Hue: 0 (Default)

I love the colors from my d90.

No. It was definitely how in the world she could hold up those two heavy bags.

We see here an image of a young lady on the beach. This photo is not retouched, should you be wondering. A couple of images of her were posted several months ago. A week or so after this photo was taken I found out she was a senior in high school. I certainly don't remember the girls in my high school looking like this.

She will always be a “senior in high school” to me.

Absolutely beautiful photo. Simple with no clutter. I don't see anything to criticize at all. It's an excellent photo of a sweet looking girl. Well done.

Her butt detracts from those beautiful tattoos!

I've had some questionable UHH purchases, although mostly flawless. I've bought from most of the above, and ebay, over more than the last decade of buying used. Robert's of Indianapolis is missing as a 'good' place to buy used, and new if you can visit their store.

People are always saying Abe's of Maine has great prices.

Thanks so much for the “plug” CHG-CANON! Haven’t heard from you in a while.

Yours truly, ABE

Another beach lass. I don't think this image has been posted earlier but if so then please forgive me. She was showing off a bunch of poses to a group of onlookers including a boyfriend. Certainly a hodge-podge of props. But who cares ? From my Plus X Archive of Olde circa 1979 or so.

Jim, I’ve seen several of you photos of this lovely young lady and hope you continue to share them with us. And I’m sure it’s OK with most of us if you get a little repetitive on occasion. I also was “moved” by your quote “She was showing off a bunch of poses to a group of onlookers including a boyfriend.” Would you happen to know how to contact this group to find out their schedule for “beach walking?”

I hope I’m not asking too much from a fellow “hogger”. However, as someone who loves taking pictures at the beach, I hope you will tell us where this beach is. (coordinates would be better)

Regards, lerrad from Suches and Marietta, GA.

While I much rather have a video shot in vertical format fills the screen and I would flip the TV 90 degrees but when I do a video I always shoot in horizontal format regardless of the subject because I realize most people don't want to flip the screen and if you display a video in vertical format on a horizontal oriented TV you throw away way too muc screen real estate which I really hate.

The only thing I like to see in vertical format is my “Johnson.”

I might just decide to leave the camera at home and bring a couple of parachutes in case I saw a F-16 jet fighter heading my way.

My wife and I are planning a Hot Air Balloon ride in the spring. It will be a 1 hour ride, either early morning or late afternoon, we are more in favor of late afternoon. Likely gonna bring a Panasonic DMC-LX100 camera.

For the in-flight pictures of the surrounding landscape, while I do plan on using a Circular Polarizing Filter, do you have any suggestions on camera settings? Like,

1) Should I use Aperture Priority and let camera set the shutter speed? The camera goes from F1.7 to F16...so if Aperature Priority is recommended, should it be wide open at F1.7 or closed to F16?...or something in between?
...or
2) Should I use Auto or iA (intelligent Auto) mode let camera decide both Aperture and Shutter?

3) Should I use Auto-ISO or pick a low ISO like ISO-100 since it will be bright I would imagine.
