I never owned a Pentax film camera but I'm glad they made them. The lenses still work on my digital Pentax. My first 35mm camera was a Minolta srt201 with 50mm 1.7, a 135mm and a 2x converter

We are not as vocal for sure but most of us are fiercely loyal! I just sold my Q10 and bought a K-70. I wanted the articulating LCD. The images from the K-70 are on a par with my K-3 too. The Q10 was a mistake. I was not impressed at all.
My newest camera the Pentax K-70 has an articulating LCD and the main reason that I purchased it was for the ability to swivel the LCD for low shots and selfies.
