Who is scared? Not me! I see the RNC becoming trump campaign hdqts paying legal bills instead of state campaigns. I see trump causing himself more legal problems and costs every day. I see GOP House members leaving in disgruntled numbers. I see many of GOP "leadership" as a bunch chaotic performers rather than serious legislators. The House could switch to Blue before any e******n. That's not a sustainable nor a winning environment or momentum.

You say that v**ers won't put him over the finish line this time, yet all you do is complain about what he will do when he is reelected. What is it? If he won't be reelected as you claim, then why are you so worried about what he can't do if he's not reelected?

They were just asking what we all want to know.

“We want to know, Kamala, what did you come here for? We want to know what you think of the colony.”

Then why are Democrats so scared of him being reelected?

Biggest deportation is his only plan -- nothing different on any of the other points. Why not keep the guy who got us to the current place?

The deportations would cause mass disruption that will cause shortages greater than C***d. Up goes prices! All the other good points in the economy won't be possible with the deportations and detentions.

Because the current guy is the reason all those items listed by DennisT needs to be corrected.

Tell us what exactly has trump put forth as a specific plan to:

1) increase number of housing units to equalize supply and demand?
2) lower mortgage rates other than what Fed is currently doing?
3) keep unemployment low?
4) keep job growth strong?
5) keep increasing wages?
6) bring inflation down to 2% besides what Fed is already doing?
7) keep GDP growth strong?
8) improve foreign relations?
9) provide stability, predictability, and great legislation helping the middle class that keeps wall street positive and 401(k)'s grow?

He's inheriting all of that after Biden corrected from the prior trump admin course.

It’s a bit disingenuous to be composing about Cost if food gas and rent when so many are sending millions to support trump’s legal bills.

Have you ever thought that just maybe because of the cost of food, gas, and rent are the reason people are sending money to Trump?

I didn't realize a lawsuit required a subpoena, is this something new, or is this speculation on your part?

Please tell me, what has H****r been charged with?

Two counts for lying on a 4473 and one count of being in possession of a firearm while on narcotics.

Does form 4473 supercede the 2nd Amendment?
If so, then we should put more restrictions on gun ownership.
I'm sure you would support that.

More restrictions are required for gun ownership, as per form 4473, plus there are laws that cover when and where you can be in possession of, or where a firearm is allowed to be carried. Such as under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in government buildings etc. As you know only law-abiding citizens actually follow laws or restrictions, and our current presidents son is a prime example of that.

Maybe this will help with the distinction:

Aggravated Sexual Abuse vs Rape
As a digital penetration attorney in New York will explain, under the New York Penal Code, while aggravated sexual abuse and rape area both felony sex crimes that involve penetration, the two crimes have notable differences. Each of the 4 rape crimes requires sexual intercourse. The New York Penal Code gives “sexual intercourse” its “ordinary meaning” which is penetration, however slight, of a vagina by a penis. Digital penetration and penetration by an object are not included in the definition. Thus, where penetration is digital, the charge would not be rape, but aggravated sexual abuse.

I totally understand. But there seems to be others that continue to push the narrative that Trump was convicted of rape, to which the answer is still NO.

No criminal record because it was not a criminal case.

There is a civil case record of all the claims including trumps' countersuit which was denied. Those records show liable for sexual assault with judges' and legal analysts that sexual assault included rape - just not determined if it was with trump's penis. The only way that changes is if an appeal overturns the verdict.

You may not believe that non-consensual vaginal penetration of any kind is rape, but that's on you. The civil record (all pertinent pages of testimony, etc.) says it is.

Either you failed reading comprehension or just can't read. This all started about if Trump was convicted of rape, the answer to that is "NO". I will provide the court document one more time, please have someone read it to you.

What will all the court records show that includes the judges' comments.

Whether he used finger or penis to penetrate her determined whether jury could answer yes to that question. Do you consider one non-consensual penetration as rape and the other as not?

What will Trumps criminal record say? Nothing, because he was not convicted of rape. I just gave you proof from the official court record. No matter how you continue to spin your narrative it will not change the record on file.
It doesn't matter what that judge said, the jury made the final decision.
