Both Adobe and Topaz run fine on W11. There should be no reason you can't stay with W10 if you care to do so. Both program suites will run just fine on 10.

The same here Win11 works fine. There might have been some problems when it first came out but now there should be no problems. When I upgraded mine it even got rid of some strange quirks that Win10 had. Nobody could put a finger on those things. NOw they are just a memory in the past
