I needed one more unit to “graduate,” but life got in the way.
Yes, unfortunately that happens.
I think this might be lost on our younger members since it is from 1948.

Popular Photography was also my favorite magazine. I subscribed to it for many years. Today is also a significant day for as well, as I turned 90 on May 2. All the best to you and I hope you enjoy many more years of photography
Thanks for your kind wishes, Morry and happy birthday to you too and many more as well! You may or not be aware but besides you and I we share our birthday with Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson, Englebert Humperdinck, David Beckham (soccer star) and Dr. Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel). Enjoy your day!!

Yes, got my certificate in 1984.
Judging from your outstanding contributions, it appears that you paid close attention, Kim.
Shame on me. I don't know what I was thinking, but NYIP has been around for 114 years not 86. Comes with age, I guess.

That is so young, surprised the Army took him.
Back then they weren't very fussy. Throughout the ages young men have lied to enlist.
I was going through some old photo ephemera and ran across this magazine. Is this kismet or what? Tomorrow is my 76th birthday and I haven't looked at these magazines in decades and here's one from my birth month and year. What are the odds? I'll take some photo's and pass them along in the next few days. They're fun to look at. So, the NYIP has been around for 86 years. Any graduates among us?
Here's hoping you enjoy retirement as much as I do, Henry. Congrats.
Will we be seeing some of your work? With all of your experience, you could help a lot of us out
And I thought the Chiron was the latest and the greatest. I think this is more attractive than the Veyron and the Chiron. Actually, there aren't many super cars that I find attractive. Although, I know that the wing is essential, if I owned this car the wing would be gone. I personally think this is an attractive car. Thanks, Tom, if not for you I'd miss out on a lot of unique autos. Your fine photos do it justice.
