Good day. Another option would be Fuji Film Tech Support. For technical assistance: 800-359-3854 (Fly Fuji)

Thanks to you I reached Fuji tech support. Found out that removing the batteries for 24 hours is very close to a factory reset. I'm trying it now. If that doesn't work, I can use it as a very effective paperweight. Happily, there are a fair number of them on ebay for around $50.
My camera was working fine until it wasn't (a week ago). When I turn the power on, I get this error message: "Turn camera off and on again." When I do that, the same message displays. There appears to be no way out of the endless loop. I can't find any reference to a factory reset or equivalent in the user manual. There are several references to the word "reset," but they are only for certain data points. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
A long time ago I heard about a self-assignment to find worthwhile images within 100 feet of your front door. I never thought it could work, but I finally tried it. These three images are less than 50 feet from my door. I'm happy with the results. Hope you enjoy. >Alan
