Greetings Maury, and welcome to the UHH.
I was brought up believing that the only dumb question was the one not asked, so ask away! :D

Beautiful shots, Howard, especially the first one! I love that area in FL!
Thanks Sue, greatly appreciate it!
Come on down, the weather is warm (but not too hot), and the skeeters aren't too terribly bad yet ;)
Greetings gmb3, and welcome to the UHH.

Thanks for sharing. I went to Washington Oaks State Park in 2012. I love the coquina rocks. A storm came up over the ocean, so I got some great shots of that, but I was afraid I might not make it back to my car with my camera gear in all. I am going to save this in my bookmarks to remind me of a wonderful vacation in FL.
Thanks Birdshooter, yes, it is a very nice place. My wife and I try to go several times a year (it helps that it is only a few miles north of us on A1A).

Thanks for looking, and for the kind words tbohon, greatly appreciated!
My wife and I took a short trip to the Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, in Flagler County, Florida yesterday. We visited both the ocean side, and Intracoastal side. Here are two photos I shot while there.

Nice shot!
Reminds me of Garfiend. I expect him to climb into a hot cup of coffee next
Greetings Dbrusini, and welcome to the UHH.
I started with the Canon EOS Rebel T3i, then almost a year later, I "upgraded" to an EOS 6D with a FF sensor. Both are great cameras, but I do the majority of my photography out and about, and the weight of the bodies (especially the 6D) + "L" glass lenses takes its toll on me.
Earlier this year I splurged and bought a Fujifilm X100T, and I love it. It is small, light weight, and has really great IQ. I'm seriously thinking about getting one of their X-T1 or X-Pro2 (when it comes out) systems.
greetings Atltom, and welcome to the UHH.
