My 27in imac (2011) is very sick and needs it's hard drive replaced. I am thinking about buying a mac mini to replace it and then using the 27 in monitor with it. The other option is to replace the whole machine. Does anyone use a mac mini and what are your thoughts? I could also replace the hard drive, but I would need to find one and get it replaced on my own. Apple does not support this computer anymore.

I agree with all that has been said save that the sky needs to be lighter. I think it helps with the heavy ancient feel of the columns.

I kinda like this image, but may I make a couple suggestions?

I guess I'll assume that it is OK.

First, I know you took this image the way it is shown here, but I wonder what it would look like if you flipped it? It seems the water(or sand) is flowing right to left. What would it look like with the water(sand) going left to right? Let's remember the people read that way and our natural flow is the same.

Also, while I love the way the water breaks on the brick, but the back itself does not really stand out very much. Maybe a couple of adjustments with Saturation?

Good point about flipping it.

I like the gritty texture to this photo. The composition is ok, but I think I would rather see the rock in the lower third instead of the upper third. I think it would make your diagonals stronger, This works if you don't have the version I am envisioning. I think you need to print large it will make a great accent piece.

Congratulations. Maybe not what you would pick, but a fun picture for the cover of a magazine. Could you please post a copy of the original.

I like the bright red and the light splashing on the car through the leaves. I personally think it is way too tight a crop. The car needs somewhere to go. It feels boxed in to me.

I love the light in this image. I do think a slight crop off the bottom getting rid of most of the out of focus grasses would improve the image and still give you plenty of environment.

I like the lighting. It has an old world feeling to it. I at first wanted to get rid of some of the space at the top and right, but now I am not so sure. The wall on the right gives you a sense of the size of the pig pen and adds a little to this pigs story. Maybe just a little off the top and some off the right, but leaving some of the wall. I love that she is waiting at the door, probably because she hears the farmer coming with breakfast. As a farmer I look at this and ask myself several questions. Why is she in this pen alone. Is she waiting to farrow? Maybe it isn't a she but a he and that would answer the question also.

Sorry. Where do I find that check off? I can redo it in the morning. Thus was my first time posting here.

It is to the right of Choose a file. We were all first time posters at one time or another so not problem. I look forward to seeing this full
size. I love old barns and pigs. :)
