Wonderful work Buck and certainly appropriate for the times
Thank You Jack. These times remind me of a saying my Dad had, " Cheer up, things could get worse ". So I cheered up and sure enough they got worse !!! Glad you enjoyed the shot !!!

Perilous Times.....The eagle is from the Little Rock Zoo in 2016, and the Flag shot is from the stern of an excursion boat looking back toward the Statue of Liberty, also in 2016. Thought I'd share.

Wow that is one cool shot. Can you describe your workflow. I wouldn't even know where to start
Thank You Jack, basically it’s just a sketch with the subject masked, some light and dark hatching added, solid color layer, texture blended, a backlight added using the elliptical marquis tool, a dust overlay, a sun-ray overlay, a smoke brushed used, layer stamp, then to ACR, the subject and background edited separately, a vignette added, in Photoshop a highlight to shadow gradient map, back to Lightroom and converted to B&W. Glad you enjoyed it !!!

I agree with Linda - all the images seem to have a 3D "feel" to them. The reenactment image is incredibly sharp.
