These incidences are very, very tragic. The NYC one, I was sure the cop was going to be charged. According to the video shown, unnecessary force was administered. Why not use a taser, or mace? I believe he did not have to die.
The Ferguson evidence (presented to us) points to the cop being in the clear. It's a tragedy Michael lost his life. But, due to the mob-mentality of too many people, the cop, his wife and the kids have lost the life that they had been accustomed to. For what? If the cop is innocent, and it looks like he is, he has to die to satisfy the blood-lust of a large portion of the black, and to a lesser extent white, communities because a "white k**led a black". NYC: the grand jury got it wrong - if that is the evidence. Ferguson: the grand jury got it right - if that is the evidence. I believe the r**ts over Ferguson are racially-motivated.
Get better quickly, Tamalero. br These incidences ... (

He died from a heart attack. If you can talk you are not in a choke hold. A taser or mace would have k**led him also.
Shop owners called the police to complain that the guy was selling " loosies " , individual cigarettes which has been outlawed by N.Y. law makers. So there are a few problems .
1. Onerous laws
2. Nit picky residents ( shop owners)
3. A person willing to break the law for
personal gain.
4. Resisting arrest.
