define "resist". Because that word is extremely misused in the US right now.

In Mexico you can be confirm you that saying "I cant breath" sure as hell isn't "resisting".

also, those in the photo are not Federal Police, they are military.
Federal Police are almost never interested in local stuff like robberies or petty thief. Thats the job of the local police.

And love again how you guys trying to make it a problem of someone else.. never the police.

Congrats on putting all the blame on someone else (yet again) and ignoring the important parts (for your convenience).

As for my fox news remark. is because of clown "Experts" (namely some TV Anchors of foxnews) have systematically mounted a full smear campaing nonstop on everyone else, but the cop who murdered Eric).
John Stewart puts it: http://www.vox.com/xpress/2014/12/5/7339327/jon-stewart-sean-hannity

or how about Mr. Paul?
http://www.salon.com/2014/12/05/jon_stewart_tears_apart_rand_paul_and_fox_news_response_to_eric_garner_decision/

Same about Rudy Giuliani?

If the police had k**led a woman that was pregnant, the cops and people like you; will be obviously blaming someone else but the cops.
I bet under some severely baffling excuse like: "the baby was the murderer for "causing the woman to die". "after all, pregnancy is risky for the woman".

Then after reading your comments. Makes me wonder how much some of you guys, value human life (if you even do).
Congrats on putting all the blame on someone else ... (show quote)

If a police officer in your country stops you or puts you under arrest are you going to mouth off or resist or would you comply with his orders?

But it was the city cops that k**led him. Not a tax agency. Sorry, if you want to cling to that r****ded meme that the taxman k**led him, I'm not going to waste my time with this stupid diversion. Nobody involved with taxes told the police they could k**l the dude.

Why do you think laws against selling " loosies " exist ? $$$$$.

I don't see a gun in the taxman's hand, though.

You could

This is the real militarization of the Gov

Education dept.
FDA
EPA. Etc. All have their own S.W.A.T. teams

The power of " government " backs up the "taxman " and that has plenty of resources to co-erse you

chokeholds were banned.
coroner already declared it homicide.
he said he couldn't breath, cops ignored it.
stop blaming "his fatness" or illness. You seem to be reading what Foxnews is spoon serving you.

Oh my! As soon as you get some disagreement you blame " watching Fox news " if that was on fox you must be watching it to know that factoid. Have YOU ever been in a choke hold ?
I have and believe it or not you can't talk in fact I was blacked out in a.matter of seconds. I think you will find " cause " of death was a heart attack. Might have been over exuberant police response, but you also have to say Eric Garner triggered things by resisting.

These incidences are very, very tragic. The NYC one, I was sure the cop was going to be charged. According to the video shown, unnecessary force was administered. Why not use a taser, or mace? I believe he did not have to die.
The Ferguson evidence (presented to us) points to the cop being in the clear. It's a tragedy Michael lost his life. But, due to the mob-mentality of too many people, the cop, his wife and the kids have lost the life that they had been accustomed to. For what? If the cop is innocent, and it looks like he is, he has to die to satisfy the blood-lust of a large portion of the black, and to a lesser extent white, communities because a "white k**led a black". NYC: the grand jury got it wrong - if that is the evidence. Ferguson: the grand jury got it right - if that is the evidence. I believe the r**ts over Ferguson are racially-motivated.
Get better quickly, Tamalero. br These incidences ... (show quote)

He died from a heart attack. If you can talk you are not in a choke hold. A taser or mace would have k**led him also. Perhaps N.Y.'s laws to control smoking are to blame ? Shop owners called the police to complain that the guy was selling " loosies " , individual cigarettes which has been outlawed by N.Y. law makers. So there are a few problems .
1. Onerous laws
2. Nit picky residents ( shop owners)
3. A person willing to break the law for
personal gain.
4. Resisting arrest.

If we use that logic, the US police should detain w****s who wear certain types of clothes because they might be massshooters.
or how about detaining 99% of school students? I mean.. there as been school massacres :>

I told my kids that because of a lot of gang activity in the area. They were also taught to be respectful, and to not mouth off.

When you dress like your going to a hip-hop festival and you're shopping in a jewelry store, something just looks fishy. Therefore, they are just inviting inquiry.

Maybe someone should tell their kids what I told mine. " look like a duck, quack like a duck and others might think you are a duck. "

Ya think ?

A definition worth remembering:

There's an annual contest at Yale University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, in New Haven, Connecticut, calling for the most appropriate definition of a popular term.

This year's chosen term was "Political Correctness".

The winning student wrote:

"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and promoted by mainstream media which holds forth the premise that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of s**t,( Democrat) by the clean end."
