My thoughts exactly. Do you think that he would have been on the same helicopter and airplane with someone that tested positive.(if it's true) It could be a ploy to escape the 2 debates ,where supposedly they are thinking of muting the micks. He wont be able to over rant over his opponent. Which it seems that is the only way that all REP.'s are doing as of late. They never answer the question that's being asked ,but go on to "but Obama" ,and when it's the other person's turn they just keep over drone the speaker,s voice.

the closer will not affect returning Canadians except that they will have to self quarantine for 14 days .If they are found not doing so they will be returned by the police or if they refuse to do so they will be incarcerated
