I was thinking last night after posting about the things people was saying and that thought came to me.( For my birthday my husband built me a 16x24 building.) I could store things that are in one bed room and use that room more wisely. Once things move out of the house I tend not to use them again. I have had my eye on that room for a while. I have a large family and still need the bedrooms....better think on this some more.

Thanks Ole. I have been down that road having to learn to walk again. But those years are behind me now. For 72 I can keep up with the best of them. I also have to shoot fast. Being a birder and shooting timed events in the arena. I fell and broke my knee cap had to stay in the cast 6 weeks. I found I liked not working and didn't miss it. So changes are coming. I just want to play...

Joe you are right but most of the cameras and equipment has to go with me depending on the job or arena. Thats the easy part. The editing and mailing out the CD's gets to be a lot of sorting and moving things around. Its making me tired thinking about it.

Thanks Sue. I am hoping on emptying more cabnets by giving away things to the ones who lost their homes in the wildfires last week.

Thanks oldmalky, It seems the more we build the more I fill. The upgrading on all my equipment as I get a better understanding of my needs for better pictures has contributed to my ever growing suplies. I can not sale things like so many on the hog do. I plan to save it for my kids. That leads to need for more storage.

I would like to post a picture of some of my birds. How small a file can you upload and you can see the picture clear? I don't know how to water mark my pictures yet. Can the pictures that are uploaded be taken by others? I am not sure how to ask this question. Its because some of my work was sold and I sold the rights to them. Thanks I hope you understand what I am asking. EJK

Thanks Jerry thats a start. I am getting one and didn't know much about them. I should not have waited so long to use it and I would have found out I had bought the wrong one for my camera. Ejk

I was wondering if others have the problem of finding a place for all your photography equipment. With all the cameras, books, CD's, computers and ect. My equipment seems to be in a constant state of flux. I can't seem to find a good place for it all. We have built an art room and an office for my cameras and computers. I am spending to much time sorting, Packing, unpacking and then the storing. Not to mention the editing. I need more time to just enjoy what I have worked so hard to obtain. I know I need to cut back on some of my jobs or at least get my prioritives straitened out. I know this is a very personal things . Each have their own way of doing thing. Any short cuts? Thanks EJK
