While visiting with a friend late one evening, he suggested that I try my hand at Close Up Photography. As a result, the flower pictures below are my first attempt at Close Up Photography. These are a few flowers growing around the house and were taken using my Sony NEX-6 camera and a Sony 18-55mm kit lens. I enjoyed taking these pictures and will be doing more Close Up Photography in the future. Tejaswrangler

I am really enjoying shooting bubble bokeh, So much so I ordered another lens and found out my Minolta MC Rokkor 58mm 1.4 PF does a wonderful job also, it's just a bit to fast to shoot wide open.

Please use the downloads on these.

Thanks for Looking!!!!!

Johnny, awesome! You are doing an outstanding job developing your use of Bubble Bokeh. Thanks for sharing your experiences in regards to this interesting subject. Tejaswrangler

The wind God has not been nice to me, it has been blowing for weeks and weeks now and I don't mean 10 to 20 it's been 20 gust to 35mph every day.

here are some of the late bloomers.

Johnny, these are beautiful pictures. It appears that you outsmarted the Wind God and proved that a good photographer can produce some awesome pictures under difficult windy conditions. You did good. Thanks for sharing. Tejaswrangler

My new lens (new to me) is a vintage Fuji Fujinon 55mm 1.8 in m42 mounted on my a6000, bought this old lens just to shoot bubble bokeh and having a blast with it, a lot of old lenses will shoot bubble bokeh, this one ranks about third on the list.

I went out today to test it out some in 25 to 35mph wind, but still had fun.

not all the pictures are bubble bokeh, hope you try the downloads and Thanks for looking!!!!!

Wow! Johnny, these are nice pictures...some of them are real classics, like the very first picture. That lens is a keeper too! Thanks for sharing. Tejaswrangler
