Good morning from Port Hope Ontario Canada. It is 6:52 am EDT and 10'c (50'F). It is only going up to 12'C (54'F) with rain.
I"m glad I'm not going into work today. The highway has been closed both ways right where I get off for work, since 9pm last night when police chased a robbery suspect who went the wrong way on the highway and caused accidents on both sides of the highway with multiple fatalities. SIU, the police investigators, are investigating and will probably tell the police not to chase suspects again!
Work was busy yesterday. A lot of people were coughing because there was a vinegary smell in our room. I suspect fumes from sealing the glass panels on the new revolving door got into our room. We never have enough ventilation to get rid of fumes. Usually it is fumes from the shipping dock. One of my team members went upstairs to work because he still has access up there. The rest of us sat in the room coughing. I had a headache for most of the day. At least there were enough licenses, so I didn't have that frustration.
I finished my old project from last year. Just have to put in a lot of ends because I couldn't join balls with this one. It was cotton and yak. I'll post a picture when I'm done. It fits nicely. And I have balls left over.

Update: I was told tonight they are going to sheath one side of the house tomorrow, AND I just got a call from my woodman who's coming with 3 cords of wood. This is going to be interesting, they have roofing stuff galore, compressor, saws, ladders, 3 vehicles, hope they will be gone before the wood shows up later in the day. This is the kind of luck I have, everything happens at once! I have the rest of the rainy week to get it put in the shed, I might not be on here much as I will probably fall asleep when I get to sit down.. not kidding! xoxo

I’ve had a bit of a problem concerning the properties here. To cut a long story short, our new owners have started putting a fence up in front of my house, limiting me to get off and on on my own drive……it really got me so upset and worried, I never ate for a few days and I eventually got in touch with him. Tonight him and his wife came to see me and Andrew came and there is a solution to it , his idea, 💡 that is workable. It’s awful on your own when you’re a worrier like me…..I never slept last night. But I’m sure I will tonight. I didn’t do s and b today. I just wasn’t good company and I go into a stupid little huff with myself. I’m best left alone.


I’ve once again got no news 📰 but I’m sure it will start to come again. I’ll go to knit 🧶 and Nat tomorrow. (If I can get off my drive )….only joking ….i hope.

Hello hello ladies/ gals and girls.
It's the same old same here I guess.
I get a mysterious pain,I sit on it for a few weeks and when I get around to the doctor it should be gone. I actually showed up to my appt. Monday the 29th. What your thinking isn't wrong~i was a week early🥴 I think that's a first for me.
I had Mr.E and all 3 dogs in the car and mine relieved herself of all her stomach contents in the back seat~and then the center console. 🤦
She doesn't like the car. She's grown like crazy and is now the same size as the two adult doggies we have here.
She sticks to me which I adore. But she's very much in control of "the pack" when it comes to the other dogs. And just to catch me off guard she began her doggie "mensies" this week. My little furry baby is becoming a grown furry baby😳. She'll be fixed in August lol.

Speaking of pups! Those two are adorable and gonna be big too.
I still don't know what breed River is.
