In the corporate world, it's usually more money, higher rank, philosophical differences, or head-butting with boss. Pomerantz is between a rock and a hard place. Congressional Contempt charge if doesn't testify or a contempt of court charge if he does. What would you decide?

Realize that maga motive wants to get rid of state cases where trump is not able to pardon a conviction as in a federal case. That is politically motivated. i think you're getting your people mixed up. It's not Bragg who was subpoenaed. Pomerantz is a former prosecutor and has not been involved in the current trial. He's bound by confidentiality. All you are doing is stirring up what ifs and whatabouts and no evidence of wrong doing; no evidence! Just Jordan's (sought by Bannon) seeking to add noise around the actual court proceedings.

It's all about timing. If the DA has done anything improper, trump gets to file for prosecutorial misconduct. If there's a there there, it will get it's day in court.
