When did I say that the EPA was not started under Nixon? In fact I never even mentioned the EPA. What we were talking about were regulations that the Obama Administration put in place in 2015, and Trump is reversing in 2017.

It is the conventional opinion from environmentalists that we are constantly choking on air pollution and drowning in polluted water. When you actually look at the charts that trend this stuff, you realize that all this talk is just a "bunch of smoke."
