I bought the full Suite 7.5 and love it - go to several of the modules directl from LR (most used are Perfect Effects, B&W, Resize, Layers). Learned from their on-line tutorials and vids from Matt Kloskowski - he's a great teacher.

Ok, here is a solution (what I did). You can keep the RRS Arca-Swiss L-bracket and order a quick release clamp made to match up with the Manfrotto ball head mount Post that has a bar that fits in a slot on the Hejnar QR clamp and will not twist during use. The Hejnar QR clamp will then lock onto any Arca-Swiss plate or bracket. Call or email Hejnar to confirm the compatability with your setup. Here's the clamp I think you need:
