Greetings all, I'm in the market for a new tripod. I've search Amazon and reviewed all the different higher priced brands. Can anyone offer an opinion on aluminum vs carbon fiber? Also, flip lock vs twist lock? I realize their is a weight savings with carbon fiber however, I need some opinions on durability. I looked at Manfrotto/ Zomei, some of the negative reviews stopped me cold. So, I'm reaching out to the good folks at UH for some unbiased opinions. Thank you for for any advice...price range is $300-$400
hPeter walks into his favorite pub and announces his wife just delivered a healthy baby boy. "C'mon mate, lets buy you a beer to celebrate" says the locals sitting at a table. The waitress comes over to take his order and asks "How's the wife doing"? "Fine. everything is Good". "So, how much does the baby weigh asks the waitress"?
TWENTY FIVE POUNDS says Peter.
A month later, same pub, Peter walks in and again the locals invite him over to their table for a beer. Same waitress appears and asks "how's the wife doing"? "Fine" says Peter.
"How much does the bay weigh now" asks the waitress.
Peter replies "EIGHTEEN POUNDS". The waitress is astounded and asks "how can that be"?
Peter replies " HAD HIM CIRCUMSIZED"
So, for the new photographer looking to enhance his photo's, which is easiest to learn and provide good results? Also, any recommendations for operating tutorials. Thanks!
