I would get the D810 but the reach of the D500 is great for birding. I love shooting wildlife and I would get the D810 but both are great cameras. So reading my post is no help to you it hard to choose but the D500 is fast and for action.

Do you do a lot of printing? If so I would get a MacBook pro and a Benq monitor for around $600.00 or the 4K version that cost more. These monitor are design with a full adobe color range and will give you better results once your color profile is set with your printer or the company where you get your prints made.

Hello everyone here is a closeup of my dog Oscar. Taken with Canon 1Ds 11mp camera and 50mm 2.5 mm lens taken in AV mode at 2.5 wide open. Any pointers or tips just got this camera a week ago.
