These are both great shots, lighting focus and comp in first shot is superb, second shot technique is great but the pose is one in a million.

Different viewpoint here, having walked this jetty at sunset many dozens of times to me she really represents the ambiance of the place. There are always several groups of folks seated along the park eating drinkining and conversing. The shot is an excellent representation for me.
