Loud and clear! This is an excellent capture of the grackle who looks like he's showing off.
Thanks, Joe!

You are one lucky Hog! Your image of Lewin's Honeyeater is a good example of what your new lens can do, zneb and I'm looking for more.

Today was cloudy but I managed a good shot of some Turkey.
Hand held. 800mm photo. Distance was about 40-50 feet.
Canon 5Dsr - Canon 400 II DO f4 - Canon 2.0x III - 1/320 - f/8 - ISO @ 1000.
You have run the gamut from Eagles to Wood Ducks to Turkeys capturing each in your inimitable style. Thank you, Regis, for posting your images for us to enjoy.

I would be a little careful pulling those pigtails,
i have an idea Annie is capable of dunking your head in the inkwell.
I'd actually welcome having someone pull my pigtails if I had them.
Being a 'tough' WW2 Woman
Marine, rest assured, it would be an effortless task to dunk anyone's head in the inkwell.
Thanks for your fun response, Ed.

Yes, agreed, but I would add... If the UHH viewer is on medication, pregnant, or about to go to bed after eating dill pickle... DO NOT VIEW
Annie-Get-Your-Gun what program used you to get these images??
PS: we love your work or we would not be so abusive...yep like teen guy pulling a girls pig tails.
Wish I had pigtails to pull.
I create these bizarre images with SmartPhotoEditorStudio - A free software. I'm not too swift when learning how to use
something new but with the help of one of the hogs and a computer guru where I live, I can now do it in my sleep.
Thanks for the humorous response, dpullum!

Clever and creative. Most great artists were a little berserk.... or a lot!
I'm taking that as a compliment, sb. Thank you for viewing my creative attempts and making that interesting comment.

Gotta give you credit Annie; when you space out, you space way out.
I am pleased to get your interesting comment, oldtigger.

[quote=Basil]Really interesting set. Here's what I see:
1. Angry alien cat
2. The devil
3. A stream flowing over gem-like rocks in OZ
4. A baby sloth with a fabulous head dress
5. An alien tulip
6. The gates to somewhere I don’t want to go
7. A rare hairy Amazonian frog
8. Mad King Ludwig’s chandelier
9. The curtain opening at the Royal Albert Hall, as seen if you’re on acid.[/quo
Basil - I'm stunned by your marvelous response!
I've had many that I appreciated, but this one takes the cake. I found some of the originals but am having trouble sending them. Will try again. In the meantime: 1 Apple 2 Prime Rib 3 Small Stones 4 Vase w/Flowers 5 Old Milkweed 6 Jeffrey Pine 7 Ceramic Frog w/succulents 8 Chandelier 9 Unusual plant
You were really close on #3 and 8
Have a wonderful week!

Thank you so much, Stan! I'm glad you viewed these and I very much appreciate your comment.
It's been awhile since I posted some of the images created when my mind went berserk. Maybe some of my hog friends will find them worth viewing and will
be kind enough to make comments and criticisms.

I've been told I can go even wider aperture with this mirrorless camera and still have nice dof for landscapes. I was too lazy to try this morning 'cause I just wanted to enjoy the sunshine, scenery and promise of spring
West of Toppenish, Washington, near a wildlife refuge. Shot in raw, edited in PS Elements and Nik Collection. Thanks for viewing!
