Don't stop there, clone out that white building in the background too, or colour it similar to the other (green) one...
Good work as ever though, you always set high standards!

try cloning the 'real' leg out of the shot, but it's a good piece of creative work, I like it!

IrfanView has an image inverter option and has a batch conversion routine, although it doesn't give you a lot of control. Oh and it's free too...

too late for you perhaps but Hamrick Vuescan makes a good way to scan and convert negatives images without all the phaff of converting... though I am confused how you managed to scan your negatives into negative files, as most film scanners will convert automatically?

You think leaving a little or compete removal?

Leave a little as the first picture just to highlight the outline. You may have taken too much off, might be better with the 'white lines' being similar thickness? You need some there to emphasize the shape. In reality you need to adjust to your taste and not anyone else, it's YOUR picture not theirs.

Like it Harry, perhaps tone the 'half moon' under her wrist down a bit to just show the outline of her arm only, would be my only suggestion.

bit misleading but the plaque gives the location as 'London Land, Lake Havasu City Arizona', guess that's the 'old' London Bridge in the background....

Loren - in Beautiful Baguio City

Not a good choice, the original complainant was referring to the model having tattoos, saying she would look better without them in their opinion, to which they are entitled. To compare tattoos to graffiti is a different subject. Like it or lump it, well done graffiti is an art form of its own.

Nice, but seeing those tattoos on a pretty girl is like seeing graffiti on the Sistine Chapel.

Yes the Sistine Chapel would definitely be improved with plain walls and ceiling...

In the older days Macro was defined as 1:1 or closer, ie the same physical size on film as real life, whereas Close up was anything slightly larger up. Then with the appearance of zoom lenses in the early 70's the marketing men got involved and the boundaries became 'blurred'.
Classic examples are the Vivitar Series 1 zoom which was called a zoom lens with macro despite only going to approx 1:2.25, and the well regarded Vivitar S1 90mm f/2.5 macro lens (Tokina made) which was only 1:2 and needed a dedicated adaptor to reach 1:1.

Stop listening to criticism, even if it is meant to be constructive. Make pictures you like. Sod everyone else. Learn to have confidence in yourself and your abilities. The only time to listen to criticism is when you are fulfilling a contract, when the person paying wants something specific. Otherwise just have fun.
