I think PP has become part of the art of photography. Isn't a better image something we all want.The cheating comes in when we don't acknowledge that pp was used.
Remember it is a memorial site and as you know more the 2000 people died there so if you are respectful and cooperate with instructions you should have no problems. The NYPD understands how important tourists are. I take Pictures all over NY and never have a problem. PS> don't take pix of children without premission you can get arrested.

I love taking pictures of kids but only do it with permission of there parents, even in my own family. If you publish a pix of a kid without a release you might be open to being sued. sometimes this is because of domestic disputes.This can be a real problem. I NYC it is against the law in many cases for a adult to go into a playground without a child. As crazy as it sounds, senior citizen women have been ticketed for sitting on a park bench in a playground.
If I'm not mistaken 1st and last place teams move up or down levels in international Soccer. I can not imagine US investors letting a New York team to go down a level and bring up the Buffalo team. ( unless it is the NY Mets)
A lot of the problem soccer in the US is TV. American football allows for commercial time that soccer does not. Its all about the money.
