I'll say it was your "Dr. Doolittle skills!" Such a great capture!

Great set, Maggiemae. I love the one with the two kids walking down the trail. Good capture of light and shadows, and a human element can add such interest to a photograph.

Those people must be getting soaked. Wonderful waterfalls.

Thanks. They are pretty spectacular! What people go through to get that perfect shot!

Very nice. Thanks for sharing. I drive close by on I-84 most years on the way to Tetons or Colorado, etc. and have yet to stop at the falls. Always rushing to get to destination. Retirement in a couple of years and I can slow down and hit the other nice sights along the way.

Thank you, MtMan. Yes, retirement gives us the time to stop and smell the roses. Just make sure to hit the Falls when they're "turned on!"

Nice shots. I can almost hear the roar.

Thank you, Vicksart. It was exciting to be surrounded by this curtain of sound!

Great shots of the falls. We've been there several times, both when it was specatcular and when there was, as you said, just a trickle. The best time to go is in the late spring when the river is running full from snow meltoff farther up. It's name, "Niagara of the West" is appropriate. You got it at a great time. Thanks for sharing those.

Thanks, Wingpilot. I guess timing is everything!

Nice shots. The only time I was in the region, I was told to not bother, as there was no water! Now I know why, I guess.

Thank you. You'll just have to try to visit again when the water is "turned on"!

Thanks, Dave. Just make sure you visit when the Falls are at their grandest!

Great capture! Much more water than when we visited it.

Thanks, Doug. We were lucky and caught the Falls really showing off!

Great set, love reality, not milk.

Not saying anything against those that like "milk," but I'm with you and prefer to see water that is more realistic. Thanks for your kind words.
