Thank you for checking out my images and commenting, Jim. Nah, I'm already semi-retired, and now I do things because they give me pleasure and satisfaction. I'll leave the "careers" to the younger folks!
Now that is a fun project! I’m such a novice in PP that I wouldn’t know where to start doing composites like that!
it's quite fun. Look for the functions in PP where you can carve out parts of photographs and where you can superimpose them onto other photos, and then let creativity take over!
Thank you, Dragonslady. The goal is to find just the right photographs that go well together. It makes me look at my photos in another way, looking for possible other uses for the people I've photographed. And, I feel, it stretches my "creativity" muscles!
How did you supper impose the smaller picture with the larger? I have applications for this technique. len glanzer 605 729 2077
I have a very simple editing program that I found online called Photopad (Photoshop and Lightroom just seemed too overwhelming!). This allows me to superimpose one image on top of another image and even soften the edges so it looks more realistic. The fun is to look through your archives to find photos that go together. The chef was taken in his restaurant leaning over to straighten out his sushi plates, the girl was taken in a park leaning over to watch turtles in a pond, and the baby was sleeping in her father's arms. Then you start adjusting the images until you get what you want. I enjoy the challenge!
I’ve driven past there on the freeway a hundred times. Going to have to stop one day and see it. Great shots!
Thank you, Keven. It's well worth seeing. Just make sure you see it at the right time. As mentioned above, there are times that the Snake River is diverted for energy purposes which leaves very little water getting to the Falls.
