Hey fellow Hoggers, has anyone done business with ABE'S of Maine Photography? I am looking for a 7200 body to buy in early March and would consider a used unit if anyone has one.

Yes AB I agree. I've had it for a couple weeks. It was a birthday/xmas present from my wife. I have been trying it out and am impressed. I see you shoot with the 7100. I had one for 8 months until it got stolen along with my other gear. I liked it alot. So now I'm just shooting with a 3200 till March and then gonna get a 7200.

Just got a refurbished Nikon 18-140mm nice lens that I use most of the time otherwise 35mm 1.8 and for long range I have a manual focus 75-300mm that's pretty sharp.

The Nikon Wi-FI plug in a piece of crap and my first DSLR, an Olympus E620, Worked pretty good for awhile then stopped working just after warranty ran out. Sent it in for repair and Olympus said it could not be fixed. Like a dummy I let them talk me into buying a refurbished body and the same thing happened!! Anybody need Olympus lenses?

When my Nikon D7100 and all my gear was stolen this year. My nephew sold me a D3200 with 18-55mm lens and I gotta say the little 3200 takes pretty good shots.

When my Nikon D7100 and all my lenses were stolen last year my nephew let me have a 3200 with a 18-55mm for $100. Gotta say the little 3200 has taken some pretty good pictures.

wow you guys are making this a lot more involved than need be. All I asked for was any experience with both cameras and what was your verdict if one was better overall than the other. I'm getting the 7200 let's move on

Really guys, let's not get into a pissy fight over advice! I just wanted to know about experiences with both cameras. I can see all the different reviews and take each one with a grain of salt and go with who I think is the the best. So far I am trusting Tom Hogan the most and try and stay away from Rockwell even though I have read all his stuff and and think he is sincere. His reviews to me sound to generalized. But thanks for your info.

Yea, that is what I've seen in my research and the data sheet seems to confirm that.I am pretty sure I'll go with the 7200 over the 7100. I have about a$1000 to spend on a body. I don't need any more lenses right so I'm good. Thanks for the info.

Ok guess that's right to the point. Everybody is saying the 7200 is the way to go.
