Thank you Judy. The big boat is the Jose Gaspar, lead boat for the Gasparilla Celebration in Tampa in January. It celebrates the storming of the harbor by the pirate of the same name. The boat arrives at the Convention Center and keys to the city are surrendered. There are multiple parades, some more family friendly than others, parties, and whatever. It’s kind of like Mardi Gras.
