It looks like air bubbles trapped between the lens and substrate.

I upgraded my Windows 10 April update as soon as it became available. That is a total of 5 computers, everything from a ten year old laptop to a current very fast, very big state of the art computer (my work computer). The only thing of significance was the loss of "homegroup" which was expected. The biggest upside was a glitch in my two fastest computers was eliminated. When the computer was rebooted or turned off and then on, it would lose its internet connection and would need a network reset and, sometimes a repair of the homegroup.
If someone has further problems with the upgrade, please reply and we will try to help

Thanks everyone for the welcome.
I am still in the exploration of the camera and its effect on various lenses I own. Test subjects aren't very interesting.
Even with A PhD, it is taking me a while to learn the camera-- I will probably never learn everything.

Thanks again.

I am a retired PhD chemist and have been using photography for over 60 years. My absolutely best picture was taken on a brownie box camera with Tri-x, indoors, available light of my step father on the sofa with the family dog. My mother had this blown up and was her favorite. When I got married and had a son, I needed a camera, so I bought a Minolta Electroshot, which was good enough for family pictures. In graduate school, I needed to obtain copies of various spectra and I couldn't afford professional services, so i bought a Minolta SRT 101 and a Bessler enlarger to do the copying. The SRT was followed by a Minolta XD-11, which was my only camera until retirement. I then got a Nikon D3200 and, just a week ago, bought a Nikon D850. It will take all my intellectual resources to fully take advantage of this camera. I will probably ask for help with this camera as I explore all of its capabilities
My primary interests are> Family, wildlife, flowers and macro photography--from my days reproducing spectra.
Thank You
