Cool pics!
There are so cute it's hard to get annoyed with them but they sure can make a mess and get into everything.

My wife is not happy with the piles of poo all over the mulch in her flowers! I really enjoy your gator and bird pictures Swamp Gator.

Caught these bandits in our front yard. They mess up our flower beds at night so will be relocated soon. Just had my little Nikon P&S camera when I shot these.

You can't catch me!

Watching me watching him.

I see you.

Interesting shot. We lived in Galesburg, Wataga and Knoxville area for 15 years, when I worked for Gates. Still have good friends there.

Maybe a racoon? Uh-oh, just noticed "Sydney". How about a koala?

Yesterday evening I saw spoonie hanging out with a group of wood storks in the salt marsh.
I was hoping that it would decide to leave and give me some possible flights shot opportunities.
Well after a bit it not only did leave but also circled around us a few times putting on a bit of an aerial display.
You may notice in the last photo that it also dropped a
mid-air deposit as a parting gift.

Great shots Swamp Gator! My favorite is #4 where the light shows through the wing feathers revealing so much detail.

Nice shots. Your second bee is a fly. The last is an Orb Weaver spider. I also recommend to anyone wanting to photograph flying insects - plant the echinacea - or Common name: Coneflower in your yard. They are great for attracting pollinators and are just gorgeous for shooting.

Thanks Bozsik. Do you have a name for the fly/bee? We always have coneflowers in our yard. The spiral patterns in the center are interesting also.

Nice pics. The second one is a 'hover fly', one of the bee mimics. When I was a kid in middle Virginia, we used to ball them 'Billy bees'.

Thanks gym. We call them sweat bees around here.

Beautiful flowers and great captures, but the effect doesn't do much for me. Just my opinion. Fun to try new things, though.

Thanks for the input tk. It's good that we don't all like the same things. I enjoy seeing all the wide variety of styles and learn a lot from others.

Interesting, I'm still trying to learn Elements. I find it fun to play around with images and try different things. I like them. Good job.

Thanks Cas. I can't imagine trying to learn the full Photoshop package. Elements is more than I can handle.

I was playing around with PS Elements on some of my flower shots. Tried different background effects and kind of liked some. What do you think?
